Product Information

Overview: Cefalox® 250mg is a first-generation cephalosporin antibiotic (cefalexin) for oral administration in dogs and cats. It is indicated for treating bacterial infections of the skin, respiratory tract, urinary tract, and soft tissues. Its palatable tablet form ensures compliance in companion animals.
Composition: Each tablet contains: Cefalexin – 250mg.
Indication: Active against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria including Staphylococcus spp. (including penicillin-resistant strains), Streptococcus spp., Pasteurella multocida, Escherichia coli, and others.
Administration & Dosage: Oral administration only. A dose of 15 mg/kg twice daily is recommended, to be doubled as appropriate, for a period of five days or longer.
Presentation: 10 tablets per blister; box of 1 blister and box of 10 blisters.

Storage: Store at temperature below 25°C, protect from light. Shelf life: 36 months.
